What is LinkUp2Care?
LinkUp2Care is a mobile and telehealth healthcare service based in Far North Queensland. Founded by Nurse Practitioner Nicole Ramsamy, we provide culturally safe nursing, midwifery, NDIS support coordination, and chronic disease management services.
Who can access your services?
Our services are available to anyone, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, NDIS participants, and people living in remote or regional areas around Cairns and Far North Queensland.
What makes your service culturally safe?
Nicole is a proud Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander woman with over 30 years’ experience in Indigenous health. She understands the importance of trust, respect, and cultural connection in providing care that feels safe and personal.
Are your services mobile?
Yes. We come to you—whether at home, in the community, or through telehealth. This makes care more accessible, especially for people with mobility challenges or living in remote locations.
Do you work with NDIS participants?
Absolutely. We provide NDIS Support Coordination as well as nursing services under NDIS funding. We help you understand and manage your plan, connect with providers, and get the right care.
Can you prescribe medications?
Yes. As a Nurse Practitioner, Nicole can prescribe medications, order pathology, and refer you to specialists, reducing the need for multiple appointments with different providers.
What nursing services do you provide?
We offer wound care, injections, catheter and stoma care, bowel care, medication support, continence assessments, and much more. We tailor our nursing to each client’s clinical and cultural needs.
Do you provide midwifery services?
Yes. We support women through pregnancy and early parenthood with antenatal care, postnatal visits, breastfeeding guidance, and health education—delivered respectfully and close to home.
What conditions do you help manage?
We help clients manage chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, kidney issues, and other long-term illnesses. Our goal is to improve your health and quality of life through ongoing support and monitoring.

Yes. We believe in supporting the whole family. We involve carers and support workers when appropriate and provide education to help them feel confident in managing care needs.
